This column is specifically targeting the attention of the audience that tends to struggle with finding time for themselves, even if you think you have it all together us as busy humans, we sure put together the persona that we do.

Here is your reminder to make time for YOU!
It is vitally imperative to make enough time to pamper yourself.
You live once, you have one face, one body .You must take care of yourself and most importantly here are some tips and things I’ve picked up along the way of being a mother of two girls, a daughter , a friend and a wife with little time to focus on me.

We all find ourselves wrapped up in our days to where we’re too exhausted to take off our makeup at night, or workout, or eat healthy. These are ways I’ve made my routine much more convenient.
Grab yourself the Neutrogena makeup wipes and place a pack next to your bed for those nights you stumble in exhausted and too lazy to remove your makeup. Always remove your makeup at night if not this will create early aging and acne. These wipes have saved my skin !
Use moisturizer daily and if you’re in the sun use your SPF! I highly recommend all Tatcha products however if we’re on a budget the CeraVe moisturizer does the trick. Get that neck too!
Breathing , meditation, and just finding your space even if it’s driving in the car blasting your favorite song singing all the lyrics until you lose your voice .
My favorite is a bubble bath with the inexpensive Dr Teal’s Sooth & Sleep Lavender Foaming Bubble Bath that you can pick up at your local grocery store. Light those candles and time to relax .
Another beauty tip is to drink plenty of water being hydrated does wonders for skin. There is a reason why they call the beautiful princess “Sleeping Beauty” it’s because she got at least eight hours of beauty rest!
